How refreshing to deal with a company that is competent. Beleive me, it doesn't happen very often nowdays. Keep it up. Not only is the service exceptional, the product is good. While we were there we went to the St. Jacobs market on the Saturday. e bought the mop/cloths combination from you... Well, we love the cloths & the mop. My husband has been busy cleaning everything for me because it is so simple to do now. We truly love the cloths & would appreciate another. We will probably pass it on to one of our friends to get them hooked on your product. Elizabeth H. I have used both your microfiber mop and pcloth and love them both. I bought the mop for my daughter and son-in-law and they are amazed at how much faster they can wash their floors. We have just put in a new floor at the cottage and I bought a mop for there as well. My question is, is it safe to use the microfiber on a high quality vinyl with scotchguard coating as long as only water is used? Water is all you need and mircrofibre is nonabrasive, and perfectly safe for all your quality flooring. (Robert The Web Guy) Hi There: Received the mops, in such short order; much appreciated. I took one to my client with the dark hardwood flooring that she has a love-hate relationship with and she is delighted with it, as I am with mine. I intend to make other people happy with this amazing product and will probably order more as time goes on. Thanks again. Betty V Just wanted to tell you how much I love your cloths! I have a Golden Retriever who is well behaved - except around water, the muckier the better. He jumped into a marsh once and came out black from the neck down! When his undercarriage gets muddy I get him to jump up on an old picnic table we use as a work bench in the back yard, position a basin of warm water between his feet and just use one of the big cloths to slosh water all over his legs and stomach. Then I wring it out and wipe him dry. I keep one of the smaller ones by the back door all year and if it's muddy, dampen it and clean off his feet before he goes in the house. In the winter if I use warm water it gets the "snow berries" out from between those webbed toes without any difficulty at all. He loves to roll in whatever happens to be on the ground - even if it's nothing - and often picks up bits of mud here and there on his face and back - the cloths are great for spot cleaning as well. I use a coat conditioner on him sometimes; just pour some in a bowl, soak the cloth in the liquid, and rub him down with it - it spreads the conditioner and dries off any excess all in one motion! I know you can put them in the washing machine - but why bother? Any soil just rinses out under the tap... I've never had a cloth so efficient, not just for the dog, but for cleanup in the bathroom and elsewhere... Thanks for a wonderful product. Torry Hello, I thought your website was great! Loved the videos. A friend of mine had bought the mop set at the home show in Toronto and she was raving about it. She gave me a little demo at her house and I loved it. She was so exited about it she was going around cleaning mirrors etc. So I just got the website from the instruction sheet that came with her set. Looking forward to getting it. Sandy Hello, I was recently at the home show and I bought the whole kit! I am absolutely thrilled at how great the products are and how great they work!!! Thank you I tried using the blue cleaning,(microfibre), cloth to clean my eye glasses. I have never had them so clean ansd streak free. I just spray my eye cleaner on my glasses and dry it off with the cloth. Love your stuff
